Presenters
Every Friday, presenters take the floor. The goal is simple: attendees leave knowing who the presenters are, what they do, who you the presenters want to meet, and how they can help attendees businesses grow.
Presenter reels are a member perk
When a PPG member presents, we record the presentation and turn it into a 60-second reel that ends with their contact card, ready to share on social media. Starting with our November Fridays, presenter reels are included with membership.
Your 10 minutes
- 8 minutes — your presentation
- 1 minute — questions from the room
- 1 minute — wrap-up and your call to action
Building your slides
Plan on 3–5 visual slides:
- Slide 1 — introduce your company and your team
- Slide 2 — what you do, your ideal customer and what sets you apart
- Slide 3 — your complete contact information
- Slides 4–5 (optional) — history, portfolio, success stories or upcoming events
Your call to action
Tell the room exactly how they can help: the referrals you’re looking for, people you’d like to meet, partnerships, hiring, or events. If you’re considering a sale, looking for investors or a partner, or planning for succession, this is a great place to say so.
Bring marketing materials
Bring at least 25 business cards, flyers, brochures or similar materials to share.
Already scheduled? Send us your presentation
Please send your presentation by Thursday night, as files or a link (Canva, Google Slides…), so we can check that everything works before the event.
