Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your member profile, your digital business card, your directory listing, your booking page and your membership details from our website. It can’t be undone. We keep only what the law requires us to keep: payment records and your agreement to our Terms. See our Privacy Policy.

Contacts you saved in the PPG app are stored only on your phone, never on our website. Delete the app (or erase the contact book in the app) to remove them.

Paid dues aren’t refunded when you delete your account. We process requests within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
