With an extensive background in residential design and architectural visualization, Mike Carroll has spent the last 13 years helping clients, builders and investors bring projects to life through thoughtful planning, market insight and high-quality presentation. His experience ranges from custom home design and builder collaboration to commercial leasing strategy and real estate marketing.
Mike co-hosts The Professional Playground, a business networking platform, focusing on connecting entrepreneurs, vendors, real estate professionals and business owners throughout the Treasure Valley. Through events, marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships, he works to create opportunities that help businesses grow while strengthening relationships within the community.
Known for his forward-thinking mindset and creative problem solving, Mike focuses on delivering value beyond the traditional real estate experience. Mike’s knowledge and unique skillsets let him help you from initial conception of wanting to build a home all the way through to the very end of the process when you move in and are given the keys. His vast relationships with builders throughout the Treasure Valley allow him to help you throughout the entire building process from the beginning to end.
With his background in graphic design and his wives MBA in entrepreneurial business, they founded a marketing company called Sunrise VA Services. Their combined knowledge bases allowed them a unique perspective on market (especially in real estate) allowing them an opportunity to help client in the real estate market.
