About Tami
Tami Martin is a business professional, entrepreneur, connector, and natural problem-solver who believes some of the best opportunities begin with a simple conversation.
Throughout her career, Tami has worked across operations, accounting, real estate, business development, event coordination, and small-business growth. She has a knack for seeing the bigger picture, identifying what needs to happen next, and connecting people with the resources, relationships, or solutions that can help them move forward.
Today, Tami is involved in several ventures, including real estate investing with Road Warrior Investors, helping her husband with his construction business called Agape Home Services, getting their new plumbing business, Moose Plumbing up and running, and homeschooling her 8 year old son. She is also deeply involved in the Treasure Valley business and networking community and is known for being the person who often says, “I know a guy!”
But for Tami, networking isn’t about collecting business cards. It’s about building genuine relationships, learning what people need, remembering what they do, and looking for opportunities to connect and support one another.
As a Professional Playground Mentor, Tami hopes to help members become more comfortable walking into a room, starting conversations, building meaningful professional relationships, following up, and finding their own place within the community.
Her philosophy is simple: You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room to make an impact. Be curious. Be helpful. Be genuine. And when you can open a door for someone else—open it.
